Their servers are located in Ukraine, so do not expect exceptional pings from western Europe. Still better than any US based host, though.

Really amazing customer service, and I'm only using their free hosting!
They have another hosting site at: http://0x2a-dc.com/hosting/
This site of theirs gives better specs for the free hosting, and supports Django as well. (They installed Django trunk, python 2.5, MySql and Solr for me)

Sadly, they're closing soon. From their site:
"Unfortunately we cannot longer afford support of bells-n-whistles. It will be closed in few weeks."

I believe that was just an internal company issue, and they've split apart and bells-n-whistles is still active and not going to close.

I tried to contact them a couple of weeks back for an account... They didn't reply. They clearly have enough customers.

Domain is parked, http://0x2a-dc.com/ is working and offers a range of services (VPS, dedicated, colocation). Their prices are higher to those of Hetzner (?!).

Sorry, I misread the pricelist. Actually, they charge less than Hetzner.de for comparable products.
