I've found Bytemark's support to be fast and helpful. The only downtime I've had with them lasted around 10 minutes and was down to an kernel upgrade that was incompatible that caused the VM to halt and not come back up.
Obviously as Bytemark's service is provided through Xen so you are required to configure an entire OS as a server and for some people this can be a little daunting.
If you're comfortable configuring servers and you live in the uk then then Bytemark may be for you.
