Competent support comes in a timely fashion form this no-frills, pay-for-what-you-use provider. Situated very close to MAE East, so excellent connectivity and bandwidth to the Internet backbone.
They don't yet offer dedicated servers, but once they get enough business I imagine they won't be able to refuse!
