Cheap and good quality VDS hosting.

There were some complaints about uptime but in general it's stable and rather fast.

Probably not suitable for large projects but fine for small and medium websites.

The main drawback is that the website is in Russian only.

I'm running at FirstVDS a bunch of small sites for a year and got no problems with them. The support is very good but I don't even remember when I actually needed it. Sometimes the sites respond a bit slowly, but I'm not sure why, and anyway it's no problem given the price ($6 is lowest, $10 is sufficient for most tasks).

No overselling, no deleted complaints in the forums, the staff replies honestly and you always know what's going on. (If you understand Russian.) :)
